The Five Primary Frequencies, Rhythms and Fields of the Cosmic Octave

Integral Sound Practice – Cosmic Octave Level 1 introduces the fundamental principles of working with the five primary frequencies and rhythms of the Cosmic Octave. The training connects acoustic knowledge, embodied listening, rhythm, resonance, voice, musical intuition, therapeutic sound practice and collective performance.
Each frequency is approached as a complete field of experience:
**Frequency → Rhythm → Resonance → Body → Perception → Interaction → Musical Expression**
Participants learn to hear, feel and practically explore the different qualities of the five primary Cosmic Octave frequencies and to translate them into individual sessions, group processes, meditation, sound journeys and live performance.
