After moving from Japan to New York by herself 10 years ago she has facilitated and coached online groups of people to become the best version of themselves. Her favorite tool to teach is “The Work” of Byron Katie.
We are excited to welcome Yukari Ogawa every other Wednesday to share and do “The Work” with you. Working with a trained facilitator is profoundly more powerful and effective than attempting to do it alone. January 8th and 22nd from 7-8:15 pm, and then beginning in February, “The Work” will move to EVERY Monday evening from 5:30-6:45pm.
