The Open Voice is a blend of kinesthetic techniques, including expressive movement and total voice exploration. It is semi-active, with emphasized moments of activity and silence/stillness. The goal is to get students of all experience levels fully in their bodies and connected with the deep and true impulses of their inner voice. This is a heart-centered practice that unleashes the true voice of each participant, cultivating a nurturing relationship of self love and appreciation through the act of speech. It creates a balanced honoring of the entire channel of the voice- the body.
