Join Lila for “Wisdom Wednesdays,” a 75-minute weekly yoga philosophy class gathering each week in September to learn yoga lifestyle teachings and share tips on how to carry them with you in daily life… helping you live a life of joy, adventure, and gratitude.

Wisdom Wednesdays begin with a guided meditation and community meet-n-greet. Lila will then present the themed yoga theory and give you personal reflection time to create action steps you want to implement in your life so you can live your best self and your vest life. The yogic lifestyle creates a life of joy, simplicity, compassionate action, peace, and unconditional love.
