We attain this through asanas, pranayama, self-discipline, selfless action, mantra japa, meditation, study, and reflection. This Open Yoga class is designed as a sequence that leads the practitioner from subtle movement to traditional yogic postures. The class culminates with yoga nidra, (the yogic sleep), some breathing practices and a short meditation. Each phase of the class is designed to create space to listen to one’s own inner wisdom and to feel one’s own sense of peace.
Led by Sharon, this class is appropriate for all levels and is 60 minutes in duration. Sliding Scale $10-$14 or Class Card.
