Go with the flow Vinyasa is all about going with the flow of life. What we practice in class allows us to flow with what happens outside of class. That is why we practice yoga right? (smile) This class incorporates the traditional Hatha asanas connecting them through mindful breath and aligning with the flow of the day. Taking your time and listening to your body, you will immerse yourself into your own flow releasing your mind from your to do list and allowing yourself to rejuvenate both body and soul. Yes, you will build strength and flexibility and all that good stuff, but most importantly we want you leaving feeling refreshed and in a peaceful state. Savasana offers the opportunity to fully release and sink into a deep state of peacefulness.  This class is open to all levels and abilities.
