Whether you are new to yoga and wanting to ease into the practice, nursing an injury, prenatal or postnatal or just looking to be kind and gentle with yourself, this is the class for you. You will be led through all the elements of your yoga practice – breath, meditation and asana – slowly and mindfully allowing you to quiet your mental chatter and gently nourish your physical and emotional bodies. The intention of the class is to become part of your bodies dialogue -asking yourself what do you need right now, and being able to respond in kind.
