Our Community Vinyasa class focuses on poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. While moving through traditional Hatha asanas, you will learn techniques to help you gain flexibility and strength. Taking your time and listening to your body, you will immerse yourself into your own flow releasing your mind from the tasks of your day and allowing yourself to rejuvenate both body and soul. This class is open to all levels and abilities.
